LAVOCE appoints Massimo Minardi for EMEA Sales Development

Lavoce Italiana, the transducer company with a heritage of over 35 years designing and manufacturing high performance HF and LF loudspeaker transducers, are delighted to announce another strategic addition to the LAVOCE sales team, Massimo Minardi as the Business Development Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

With a strong background spanning 20 years in pro audio equipment distribution, HF/LF transducer engineering and pro audio power amps sales to manufacturers, Massimo offers a unique skillset and knowledge base which their OEM and Distribution customers of will find extremely valuable. Massimo is the second recent and strategic recruit to the LAVOCE sales team, and further enforces their commitment to support their pro audio customer base and their growing position in the premium transducer sector.

Pierpaolo De Minicis, Pro Audio Division Manager, explains, ‘Our growth and investment strategy over the last ten 10 years has been successful and we are now building an even stronger foundation for the next 10. This includes having an industry leading sales team and a plan for a new regional warehouse in Italy to further support the work Massimo will be doing in the EMEA region. Massimo brings a wealth of expertise and experience together with many established relationships and we are all very excited and proud to have him in the team.’
